So my Doc just started me on Wellbutrin on Tuesday..First few days not bad, dry mouth and a little spacey...Then Friday and Saturday no side effects at all until Saturday night..Was sitting on my couch enjoying a movie when out of nowhere I started to feel a wave of panic and felt everything was moving in slow motion..probably happened for maybe 5 mins. I had to talk myself out of it, saying it was just the meds...Anyone else have this effect on Wellbutrin?

IF that's all you taking , its ment to be a stimulant when on other ADs. you need slowing down not stimulating

yeah its all im taking. I'm taking it for recurrent Major Depressive disorder and ADHD. If I have any more stimulation, im going to drive my friends mad.

When I was on wellbutrin it was like a sedative. All I can say is hang in there, maybe it'll work for you...I had mania my first couple days.

I was on it for 12 weeks.

I am supposed to be on wellbutrin right now, but can;t take it because it causes me SO much anxiety. It is a known side effect. Talk to your doctor about it

I'm glad to see others are having odd side effects as well. Since it was a one time thing in the time ive taken it...Im still "hopeful" it will be the drug for me.
