So... last night... I didn't get much sleep. around 4 this morning, i realized that i didn't seem to recall taking my night time meds, even though i remembered drinking water down to take my meds.
Then, i went to look, and found out i accidentally took my morning meds at bedtime. So i took my bedtime meds at 4am this morning (it's 7:45am now). And i took the morning meds a little after 11pm...
30 minutes ago i took another dose of morning meds because i think i would have problems tonight if i didn't. (wow, now it sounds like one of those big math word problems thing, lol ..)

I've done this before, but it's been with either completely forgetting to take them, or taking my bedtime meds at wake up.
Anyone have any advice?

my meds are:
Vyvanse 40mg - wake up med (7:15am)
Viibryd 20mg - antidepresant (7:15am)
and
Lamictal 100mg - to stop the localized seizures (bedtime)
Seroquel 25mg x 2 (50mg total) - sleep med (bedtime)

I had this problem recently, sometimes it's hard to keep track of the meds you're supposed to take when there's a lot My advice would be maybe keep a journal and double check what you're taking, then write it down so you know you've already had it for the day, at the right time. Or maybe try a divided AM/PM pill case like this http://www.amazon.com/Apex-Pocket-Me...rds=am+pm+meds

Go to a pharmacy and get a pill case that has AM and PM separated. Once a week, dole out your pills. I admit, there has been a few times where I forgot to take my PM dose, all because I got too distracted. But the pill case helps me a lot.
Thanks for this!
