Has anyone taken Prazosin for nightmares? Does it work? I'm really tired of all the nightmares.

Yes I've had great luck w/ it for night terrors & nightmares from PTSD . Made a huge difference in my sleep cycle & little side effects.
It's worth a try to get some decent sleep.
