How much Zoloft is equal to 20mg of lexapro?

According to one site, the initial dose for lexapro is 10mg while the initial dose for zoloft is 50mg. Perhaps that might give you an idea.

Yeah cuz the highest dose of zoloft i think is 200mg and the highest dose of lexapro is 40mg (over 20mg can give you serotonin syndrome I heard a psychiatrist say on youtube).

From what I've read on the OCD forum, zoloft seems to be more effective than lexapro for OCD but if you have already tried zoloft, lexapro, fluvoxatine, prozac, there is a more effective med called chloripramine or something. It's an MAOI so it's a bit more dangerous.
