I've been titrating off it. Already having adrenal fatigue, it made it impossible to get up a flight of stairs, hardly walk, get out of bed.... i'm down to 1/4 a tab now. (Being DID, it also made all my alters vanish... but not their compulsions.... VERY strange feeling to have all the people that lived in my head be GONE. just gone. after 30 years. I have a feeling the med is supressing them.... they can't just go away.... can they?
