I missed yesturday's pill and noticed today that I forgot to take it, I took the pill and instead of taking it and doubling it up I threw yesturdays pill in the trash. Question I have by not having one less pill is that going to mess up my cycle?

That is the potential. There is the possibility that you could get pregnant--even by missing just ONE pill. You should still double-up! Take tomorrow's pill NOW, then continue as normal with one a day. You will finish the pack a day early.

No I didn't double up last time I did I almost puked it back up. Chances of that are good if you just remember like an hour before you are due to take the next one. I'm pretty sure I already ovulated this month, and my shrink said that i'm likely good... but me and the man are just likely going to obstain for the rest of the month.....
