Wow that is odd. I just stopped taking effexor about 4 weeks ago, is this just recent? Does it give a time line of when this began?
Also I have a reason for asking, while I was on a effexor a month ago I experienced some chest pain, on my left side where my heart is, not sure if it is related at all. Might just be stress.

freaked me out for a moment, I took that drug for 6 years. I see it's just a certain amount has been contaminated, not the whole drug itself being recalled.

That freaked me out for a minute too. Would the pharmacy that filled the prescription call if a drug your on has been recalled?
