It occurred to me to put this here too!
I just had my saphris dosage increased and am now, thankfully, taking the 10mg black cherry and the 5mg at night, then i take another (nasty) 5mg during the day. Now i have this never-ending lingering taste of chemical or metallic taste on my taste buds! If I don't constantly suck on some sort or sugar free candy, the taste is very bothersome!
Any ideas or suggestions?

I don't know about saphris but I have heard of other non psyche meds causing that. My mom was taking something that caused that.

My roommate took Saphris and she always talked through her nose and licked her lips like a frog, I think it was a taste thing.

I took Saphris for awhile so I know the taste you are talking about, but it didn't last beyond an hour. I know I was told to keep hard candy while taking it because of dry mouth.
Thanks for this!

OK, so it's NOT just me! Yes, hard candy is a must. Licking my lips like a frog would be a) annoying and b) probably look hilarious to others!!!
