I have taken both but not concurrently. I found the atypical variety to be much more effective with a lot less side effects.

I took perphazine for about a week. It gave me severe akathisia so I did not stay on it long enough to determine if it was beneficial or not. Somnolence and brain fog were other issues I had.

Why are you on both?
