Don't have personal experience with Zoloft or Luvox, but I can say that Prozac has been a miracle drug for me regarding OCD.

I've never heard of Luvox outside of forums like this, so I have no opinion on that, but for me, Zoloft is by far the most effective med for my OCD that I've taken.

I've never taken Luvox but Zoloft worked really well on my OCD, but there were pretty intense side effects for me, fatigue and tremors.

Luvox does slightly better in a test situation. Me, I'm a Luvox person. Zoloft and Prozac didn't help nearly as much.
