increased Lexapro from 5 to 10mg...some lessening of both anxiety and depression (yay) but also my body seems to be very itchy. No hives, no shortness of breath or any other allergy red flags, just an itch. Anyone has experienced this?

Hey, stan! Not me, but I do think you need to call your doc. It might be a an allergic reaction rather than a side effect.

I think I'll hold off for a while on the doc call...the itch is mild and there are no other issues (rash, hives etc) I've done some reading on this and apparently it's fairly common. However, if it continues into next week or worsens I will make an appt. My problem is that I work and travel in both the US and Canada and while I'm in Orlando most of the year, my prescribing physician is in Toronto. My family doc down here knows next to nothing about my history which complicates matters.
