Has anyone tried this method? Is the discount enough to mess with it. I used to get my sleeping pills this way and it was cheap and convenient, but that company is long gone now. There's so many out there, I can't tell which ones are legit.
Oh well..Just thought I'd see if you knew of any that were still around.

It seems to be most of them are not legit cuz you don't need a doc's script (at least from one who has actually seen you). They provide the doctor's dx through an on-line questionnaire. Sounds like it might be illegal & dangerous. But then again I've never ordered off them. I just see the junk mail that comes through promising vicoidin (sp?) & other controlled drugs through their web site.--Suzy

I very large problem is people selling sugar tablets and passing them off as antibiotics and psych meds and the like.

I'm sure there are some reputable companies but I have no idea which companies those are.

Their names are posted every now and again at this site I used to post to but their names were xxx'd out fairly promptly by the moderator because of something to do with 'please don't inform others how to import medications into the US without a prescription'. I don't know how he would have felt with information intended to inform others how to import medications into Australia (for example), however. Oh well leave him to his little centred world...

Anyhoo... My point was that if you search for 'xxxxx' via internal google on the site you will probably find the name of the poster and if you send them a personal message they will probably be happy to inform you.

If you want to do this then if you send me a personal message I'll PM you the name of the site.

There are typically a number of responses before the xxx happens. I'm fairly sure there are a number of satisfied customers who do that over there (especially when the brand name is no longer marketed in the US and generic doesn't work for them and they can get the brand from the UK or Canada).

Thanks alexandra_k, I'll try that. My last pharmacy years ago was a US pharmacy and it was so easy to go through them with my prescription - and it was way cheaper than the local pharmacy. They seem to have left in the night with so many others. Of course, when I search now, I have to filter through all the bs fake pharms.
Thanks.

My husband got his blood pressure meds through his company's online pharmacy and that was both convenient and a bit less expensive.

Most drugstores have an online option? You might try using a name you know/trust? Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Drugstore.com, Rite Aid, etc.? That or find an online "expert"/page you trust that compares drugstores? I would do a lot of reading, go with a middle-of-the-road one rather than highest/lowest, someone I'd heard of or read about widely on independent web pages?

I personally use the Mail Order Rx from my Insurance..... I can get 3 months worth of most medicines for only $16. I only use the online Rx for my dogs at Dog.com.
And, I would have to agree with Suzy5654, that most of those websites are not legitimate - for they do not require a prescription from a doctor - that could be dangerous.

Hello I hope you are doing well today. I am going to give you the number of a legitimate company that supplies medication for FREE. it is called Freemedicineprogram. The Free Medicine Program supplies medicaiton for people that are low to middle income for Free . The Phone number is 1-800-921-0072. If you call this number 24/7 then they will send you an application that you may have the Dr fill out and your medication will be free of charge, if you qualify. You can still qualify if you are under a disability as well. The medicaiton will either come in the mail or you will have to pick it up from your Dr for a 3 month supply, sometimes it will be a years supply ( I suppose the DR gives the medication to you if you get a years supply). Take care Soidhonia
