Has anyone else found with cymbalta that as soon as they miss one dose it's like their entire world falls apart? I'm taking 90mg and I find that if I miss them, I get like electric jolts in my brain, I can't think, I feel sick, get migraines, I feel like passing out and become that manic i can't sleep for at least two days after missing it. Anyone else find this? It's actually really scary :/

I'm on 120mgs and have missed a dose and been fine. It is when I had the stomach flu and missed a weeks worth that I had issues. I had to titrate up to my normal dosage because I had been off it for so long. It ended up being about 3 weeks without it.

I would talk to your doctor about it and see what they say. Also how long have you been at that dosage? That could play a role in your side effects as well.

I know exactly what you mean! I'm starting to titrate off of Cymbalta because it's not working anymore. 90mg a day. I'm very nervous because of all the symptoms you listed!

Fingers crossed for you that it works out better for you! I came off Effexor to come onto cymbalta, and it literally nearly killed me :/ good luck for yours! X

I've been on Cymbalta for about 2 years now. I switched over to the generic variety earlier this year. I've never actually missed a dose entirely. But I've played around quite a bit with the time of day I take it & have had no problems.
Thanks for this!
