What is too be expected to just cold turkey both? Its 60mgs add a year and atvian daily a month

The adderall would probably be Ok, although you may feel sluggish for a few days, but the Ativan is a bad idea. If you want to come off them have your doc help you....

i cant sleep without benzos. cant stay awake without adderall.

no one would take me to detox,

given valium for withdrawl. having pyschotic break. NEED help with withdrawing.....

what NATURAL things can i do...or what do i do....im gonna cry
