Anyone here is up to date in the new meds for schizophrenia, or studies, that have promise to rearch a viable new tratamients.....? We have the same type of antipsychotic for 40 years and would like to know if there are new hopes....

Latuda is one if the best newly available APs...effective, weight neutral, high tolerability....it still uses the same d2 inhibition but by targeting other things as well the side effects are less...

Thank you very much, very informative, hope new drugs arrive soon. Yesterday I read new med mechanism have been discovered that treat schizophrenia with Less side effect. A few years will be needed, so hope this can pass tests
