Do everyone take meds by injections?

No I've only had mine in pill form.
but there are times I would like to do that with anxiety meds so they'd work quicker so I am not stuck in a panic attack or weird PTSD flashback thing for the 20-30 minutes before it has a noticeable calming effect. But yeah I doubt that is a realistic option.

I don't know anyone or have I ever known anyone to take psyche meds by injection. The only exception to this is ketamine which is very new and they have a nasal spray now to avoid injections.
You have posted about your addiction to benzo's so I find this question alarming.

The only one I am aware of is Invega .. Altho inpatient sometimes they will use a Haldol injection to bring down someone quickly if they are manic or psychotic etc.

I'm thinking about taking Valium intravenous, I had one but I'm afraid I will stop breath. I think it would help me to take lower doses.

Having told us you are addicted to benzo's and now shooting them I can only say you are on a dangerous path.
You want to get them online or on the street. I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that is because you are taking way more than prescribed and run out before the refill and not because of the hassle of going to the doc or calling in a refill or some trauma with docs. From what I've heard that probably isn't a great idea...as Valium pills have binders and fillers and crap that could make it very dangerous, also increases the risk of overdose...so it would probably be best not to do that. I think they have inject-able valium for like in hospitals but its specifically for that and doesn't have the binders and fillers pills would I assume.
