I would like to have your input on your experience with Clozapine. What is the reason you take it? How long have you been on it? What sorts of side effects are you facing? Tell me anything you can. Thanks

I have been on Clozapine for up to 8 or more months. This is the best medication I have ever had so far. I had weekly lab work in the beginning but now as time has passed I go for a once monthly lab work.

I have been on other medications before such as Invega, Zyprexa, Seroquel, Geodon. In my psych history I have been diagnosed with bi polar, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia and paranoid schizophrenia. But I would like to know why specifically u are taking Clozapine.

Some side effects that I have are drooling at night wetting all my pillows and I am suffering from retrograde ejaculation. This is another thing, I would like to know if any of you are suffering from any kind of sexual dysfunction. I have had the least problems on Clozapine but even now its still problematic me having problems with my ejaculation. Most of my semen remains inside without coming out, only a little does.

i take it, i think it helps alot, i just have to take it right before be because it makes me spacey and sleepy. i really dont like the way i feel on it, but it carries into the next day without making me tired in the daytime and works great for the schitzooaffective disorder i have.
