Okay so basically I'm perscribed serequol, clonazapam and Effexor and I want to start taking Ephederone again (which is legal in Canada). I have no energy I tired all the time and I want a better work out at the gym... I do realize if I eat better it will help me feel better please don't go there I have an ED I'm not yet willing to concure and realize that is part of the problem. My psychiatrists is away till feb so I can't ask him till then but I really feel like I need more than coffee to keep me awake during the day.

Hello CalmingOcean: My perspective with regard to this is that it would be inappropriate for anyone here on PC to offer an opinion. This is something you must discuss with your psychiatrist. Since your pdoc is away until February, do you have a general practice doctor you could ask? Is there a poison control line you could call ... or Canada's version of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, here in the U.S.? They may not be willing to comment with regard to this either. But it might be something to try.

There must be a possibility to see another doctor if yours is away.
two of your meds are sedative, maybe its the reason for no energy and maybe doctor can change your meds and you wouldn;t have a need to take ephedron. Have you ever tried ephedron before?

I have taken it before... I will admit I was addicted for some time needing from the time I woke up till after work and gym, so I was taking lots. But I feel I'm in a better frame of mind and could take it responsibly this time around. I am just so tired and with a toddler it makes it really hard... And 4 dogs.
