How high is the risk for developing tardive dyskinesia or parkinsonism when taking sulpiride? Is this drug safe to take for someone suffering from neuroleptic induced TD, parkinsonism (chronic) and depression?
Thanks.

Liz - Sorry for taking so longer to answer your question. I have been having computer problems. We went out and bought on of those new eMacs. I am still trying to figure it out; everything is so weird.

Anyway, I do not know the answer to your qustion, but I will look it up and get back to you. We do not have sulpiride in Canada, but I have heard of it off and on over the years.

Give me a day or two Liz as my European drug files are at work and I don't go back until Tuesday (I will try to find some info on the net)

I need to practise on my new toy. - Cam
