For a while last summer, I was taken an herbal supplement called Anxietol 7. My dad had read about it in a magazine and did some research and then bought it for me. It seemed to be working quite well keeping my anxiety levels low after going off Celexa, but then my uncle committed suicide and I went into a horrid depression... and eventually had to start taking Lexapro for that... so I stopped taking Anxietol because I thought they might be a dangerous combo (I've had a seratonin overdose before and I don't want to risk it again).
I'm wondering if the Anxietol 7 would have been effective on its own if I had stayed on it longer, though... or if it's a possibility for the future. Has anyone here tried it? Here's the ingredient list: Vitamin C - 80mg Vitamin B-6 - 3 mg Vitamin B-12 - 500 mcg Folic Acid - 200 mcg Serotain® 5-HTP - 250 mg GABA - 200 mg Suntheanine® - 120 mg Sensoril® - 100 mg Panax Ginseng - 100 mg L-Tyrosine - 60 mg Vinpocetine - 10 mg
