Anyone take it? I just started it as a replacement for risperdal which gave me akathesia. I was taking risperdal for agitation/anger/irritability.

I'm wondering how this will help with that. I'm on the titration pack but only taking one dose a day as I am very sensitive to meds, especially AP. Its day four-I'm on 4mg now and mostly I'm tired. I'm going this side effect will fade away on time.

Anyone have good experience with fanapt? Did it help with irritability?

Hallie, hope you having a good day. Sorry you are having the side affects. Never used fanapt so I can only share links to people who have here at PC.

Psych Central - Search results for Fanapt

Hope that is of some use!
