Has anyone had success with abilify? It seems to really be helping w/ my anxiety and paranoia.

My pdoc started me on abilify for some depression psychosis but didn't decrease another med slowly so he took put me in a withdrawal from another med and the abilify was too small a dose so I fired him. Sorry I can't help as he was awful.

I hope someone comes along who has actual experience being on abilify and it helping with paranoia. I get paranoia only when I am depressed. I wish he had done me right but....oh well good luck.

The first time I went on abilify, it took 2-3 weeks for it to lessen my paranoia. Two days ago I was put on the highest dose of Invega and it didn't do anything. It could take a while but I don't have the time so I'm back on abilify 15mg again which makes my hands shake but I don't care. It works great for paranoia so I'll chose this one for the monthly injection (Not med compliant)
