I've been on 20 mg vyvanse for a week and these are my observations so far:
- I drive a lot more careful and competently
- I can write essays a lot more easier, words come to me fast and it flows better. I pay better attention to grammar as well
- I had to make a speech at school, and though my heart felt like it was about to explode before, I spoke confidently and clearly
-When I am immersed in something, I lose track of time
- I've lost 5 pounds so far. I'm not hungry during the day but if I force myself to eat I can only have a few bites because food tastes disgusting. By dinner time I enjoy food more but I have smaller portions. I don't crave junk food
-My mouth gets very dry if I'm not constantly sipping water
- My skin is pale and the first day I took vyvanse my cheeks were bright red
- I can sleep fine
- The first day, I had an urge to talk to everyone and smiled at everyone in the hallways. I was overly happy but after that I feel normal or maybe even a bit more quiet

All in all, I feel a lot more competent and in a way, happier. I feel like I have my life together.
Are my observations normal for vyvanse? Thank you so much
Thanks for this!

I take vyvanse, too and it has been a god send. If I forget to take it, I notice a huge difference (and so do my co-workers, lol). I'm very glad you are liking it

I think Vyvanse is the best preparation to date for ADHD and other indications (I take it, it is extremely smooth, the duration is perfect and virtually no side effects).

I never thought I would compliment a pharm company but Shire deserves a thumbs up for Vyvanse.
