HOLY SMOKES! What is this all about?
I knew it could happen at the beginning but this is debilitating. I started at 10mg on Mar 25th and went to 20mg on Mar 30th. Diarrhea began 4 days into treatment and hasn't subsided yet. Has anyone else had this? Should I try to ride it out or give my pdoc a call? (she's an idiot btw, but that's another story)

I think I would give it a couple more days and then call if it doesn't stop. You might want to try some Immodium and see if that helps you.

Yeah it's not real common. I'm really sensitive to meds. Anyway, I'd like to give Prozac a fair chance.

Same thing happens to my husband who takes Prozac. He's finally reaping the rewards so he is reluctant to suggest a change. He takes alot of Pepto and Imodium, I sympathize, it seems pretty miserable.

I haven't been on prozac for quite 2 weeks yet ( this Wednesday ). I'll give it another week. If it's not gone by then. I'll call the doc.
