It might be worth increasing your intake of magnesium, eat more brown rice, nuts, legumes, spinach, etc. Adding a magnesium supplement could be helpful, but be sure to stay away from the cheap oxides and stearates. Get one that is chelated, or ionic, as they have the best bioavailability.
Meditation can be helpful, as well as aerobic exercise. Be sure to eat fruits and vegatables for antioxidants and oily frozen fish (salmon and mackerel) 2-3 times a week. All of the above will help the body recover from the excessive celluar damage the vyvanse is likely causing.
