What dose is common to take for bipolar? In on 40 mg working up to 60mg

I don't know what's common but I'm on 60, my Pdoc said something about 120 or 180 ( I've a bad memory but it was 100 something) being the highest recommend. So I was well within the parameters.

I enjoy 40mg. Have not tried others. My pdoc comes from the lowest effective dose school of thought.

I'm still feeling my new pdoc out. I take 10mg zyprexa as part of my cocktail and were looking to replace it with the Latuda. He's titrating me up on it right now. I'll be in 60 mg for three weeks before I see him next. He's super nice and takes my feeling into account. If I feel "over medicated" before next appt he said to go ahead and stop zyprexa. He took me off lithium I that I hated so u love him!

How's Latuda for psychosis? How are the side effects and how are you feeling on it? Anyone?

Latuda Dosage - Drugs.com says 20-120mg a day.

My pdoc wants it to help with impulsivity and paranoia. I get mixed symptoms too.

I take it with food and Im still getting nausea with the latuda. Tonight I decided to take it with dinner but I still have nausea right now.
