I went to the pdoc today! New one, since my old one won't treat me from afar even though I'm willing to travel to see her and I can't get in to one where I now live until the summer months (June/July).

Anyway, after talking about everything and going through, first he wanted to increase my Zyprexa and Depakote, but I didn't want to do that because I'm afraid increasing the Zyprexa would cause weight gain, and when I was on a higher dose of Depakote I had a horrible tremor...so we kept thinking...I brought up that I'd kind of like to try Latuda because while I was technically on it before for about 3 months it was a bad choice then because my ED was really bad and I didn't eat enough to take it so I puked it up half the time. He agreed that made sense, so I'm now on Latuda 40mg daily, and not on Zyprexa or Depakote anymore.

I also voiced my concern about how I don't feel that my Zoloft is doing its job, so he's increasing that to 200mg (I was on 150mg, then for the past few days since my hospital discharge, 100mg) -- I was hoping for a change in my AD, but the only other option he gave me in that regard was Luvox which he said has to be taken twice a day and built up over about 6 weeks...so that didn't sound too good to me. And instead of trying to find an AD that would work better to reduce my anxiety, he just decided to increase my klonopin to up to 4mg/day from 2mg/day.

I hope this works!!
Thanks for this!

Latuda is working well for me...the only thing I hate is the cost.

Thanks everyone. With my insurance the copay is $40, so while it's pricey, I know lots of people have it worse.

I took it last night and no adverse effects [yet]. I'll be able to tell you in a few days if I get any because my body always reacts adversely within the first 3 days (seriously, with almost every single medication I've tried).

So far so good, though its only been two days. Don't feel any different yet, but also no side effects.
