Has anyone noticed weight gain while on fluoxetine/Prozac? I was very worried about this and spoke to my doctor but he said he was aware of my weight issues in the past and prescribed me something that won't cause weight gain. I wasn't too convinced because I've heard of so many people putting on weight while on it so I asked the pharmacist too, and he confirmed what my doctor said.

What have been your experiences?

I never gained weight on it, actually lost weight, not sure that's a great thing for you to hear with your past issues. As a whole, it's generally considered weight neutral.
