My doc put me on Lexapro for my PTSD symptoms. Is there anything I should be mindful of or look for as I'm taking it? I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past with meds.

The first 5 days I felt completely wrecked and zoned out. After that, I had no lasting side effects.

It made me very dizzy and nauseated. Also, screwed up my sleep - insomnia if I took it at night, and drowsy if I took it in the mornings. Those things faded after about 2 weeks...but it never really did much for me.
