Having to go to the bathroom more urgently? I think i have a small issue with this to begin with but it seems most ssris ive been on made me have to go more and sometimes suddenly. Problem also is one ssri ive been on for years helps somewhat, so in order to see if thats a culprit I would have to completely stop it with my doc, which is not ideal for me. Side effects can be so frustrating..

Well, more frequent urination can be caused by so many things. Utis that are otherwise asymptotic, prostate issues for males, age related issues, your body not holding water properly for some reason... only a dr can help you rule everything out. If it's none of those issues you may have to decide if the side effect is worth it. Good luck!

I have urinary side effects with the norepinephrine AD's like wellbutrin and effexor. But not urgency... weak flow and pain.

Good thinking--I have a friend who's in her 30s (like me) who just got diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, the type they usually diagnose in kids. I think that was one of her symptoms along with headache.
