Help with sleep needed.
I have a lot of trouble sleeping and the Doc. gave me Trazadone Has anyone out there been on it? What can you tell me about it. I don't take these things lightly and would love some feed back. Thank you guys.

I have tried it all the way up to 450mg a night. Didn't help me at all, But I am a life long Insomnia sufferer..
My husband takes it and he loves it , he has no side effects and sleeps like a baby. Good luck

I've been taking it on and off for 2 and a half years and it helps a lot. At the moment I take 100 mg. My sleep problems are not completely solved but they are much better now.

Trazadone made me sick and I couldn't take it after a couple of days.

Sometimes it helps me and sometimes it doesn't. I think I have to be already tired enough to sleep but just need the extra push. The nights it doesn't help I must be too wakeful. But I only take about 50 mg or maybe once I tried 100 mg. What works also, and better, is hydroxyzine for me.

It works but I am so tired the next day that its not worth it. I feel groggy till like noon like I took nyquil. :/
