I switched 4 days ago from Paxil to Prozac and I have noticed I get these short (30sec) Dizzy foggy spells where I feel like I'm going to pass out. It's kind of irritating and makes me anxious. Could this be from the Prozac? I'm on 40mg and take it at night

It could be from withdrawing from the Paxil

Is it after you stand up from sitting? If so, this is called orthostatic hypotension...

Did you switch without tapering the Paxil at all? Paxil is known for having rough withdrawal because of its short half-life (leaves the body really quickly). Starting on Prozac should help, but I forget what Prozac dosing is (I was on it briefly, but it increased my anxiety). Are you on a regular therapeutic dose of Prozac?
Thanks for this!

I switched right from Paxil to Prozac over night. Was on 40mg and basically I switched due to weight gain and sexual side effects. No depression strictly anxiety. I take Xanax when need (1x per week average

Those types of side effects can go away after a few weeks. Though if they're unbearable, call your doc, and maybe you could be switched to something else. Or maybe you need to start with a lower dose? (I was only on Prozac briefly--helped my depression but greatly increased my anxiety--and forget how the dosing works on it)
