Has anyone been on this combo I was on Citropram the generic for 6 weeks and my psycharist added 37.5 venlafaxine and keeping the 40 mg of Citropram for two weeks until I go to 70 mg of venlafaxine Effextor generic then go down 10 mg of Citropram does seem right? I've been on both since 2007 - 40 mg of Celexa, and 375 mg of Effexor. The Effexor wasn't cutting it on it's own so my pdoc added the Celexa. The combo seems to work for me.
