I am thinking of taking this in replace of the citalopram to help with my anxiety mainly and I am going to see my doctor regarding this and to discuss things in depth. Is it supposed to be better than its previous version and what are your experiences on it as I am certainly willing to try this out and to look for other alternatives to help with my anxiety and other issues. even if it means more pills to take I would consider anything that would be beneficial to me? Thanks Julian

Hi Julian

Hopefully this new medication will do the business for you. Otherwise, you can ask the doctor to change it. Would you consider CBT therapy for good coping skills to deal with symptoms? I do believe in any case that keeping the mind busy doing, especially enjoyable things helps. Also things like meditation and tai chi are very good for anxiety. Take care. I hope and pray your week will be very good. God bless and best wishes from your friend Francis
