I got anxiety and couldn't understand my existence and wondering what the point of living was...body aches...fatigue

When was your last dose? When was your last blood test to make sure you were not heading towards a toxic level ?
You should probably be checked out by a Doctor.. now. When I stopped taking Lithium, it was pure hell withdraws... Almost 2 week of Flu-ish feeling and cognitive problems. Hope your feeling better soon
