I'm going to have to ask my dr for sleep aid. Suggestions? I've tried remeron and hydroxyzine. I've also been on Trazadone but had bad nightmares. I'm willing to try it again I think. I'm desperate for sleep

Zyprexa 10 mg did it for me (wasn't prescribed for sleep, that was just a welcome side effect).

I take cyclobenzaprine. It is actually a muscle relaxant but it increases the deep sleep, which means I don't wake up and lie there. And not habit forming, no 'hangover'.

Thanks for the ideas, guys. I will be talking to my pdoc about what else I can do to sleep since what I am doing now is not enough. I never had sleep issues til I started lamital years ago.

How much lamictal? Ok you're taking 300. I was taking 300 but I lowered it to 200 but I just have PTSD and a nonspecific PD not the other comorbidities.

Have you tried Elavil? It's a TCA that has a lot of sedating properties

No I haven't. I see my pdoc next week so we can discuss all this. Hopefully we find something that's right for me.
