Me: ****...I forgot to take my meds.
Inner Voice: too late now.....guess your screwed. What are you gonna take when you get home? Day pills you missed? Or night meds to sleep? Ugh, not now.

Inner Voice: Get up and take them, now!
Me: I will when I go to the kitchen next.
Inner Voice: Do it now, you're going to forget and get all screwed up again......GO GET THEM!
Me: snore.....OH ****.......I forgot my meds! Which ones should I take?

If you don't already have one, get a daily/weekly pill organizer. I have one that's for 7 days, with containers for morning, noon, and night meds. Put it someplace where you'll definitely see it. That way you'll know if you took your meds or not.

I agree with the above posts, I have a pill organizer that works great:

I also have a pill organizer. It's a big box with 7 smaller boxes inside with the names of the days of the week on it. Each smaller box has 5 sections: Morning, Noon, Evening, Night and Extra (for as-needed medication). It's very useful. Every evening I put the box for the next day on my desk, that way I see it when I wake up and change.
Even with the organizer, I used to forget my Noon medication a lot even though I would bring the box with me in my bag, but I always realized when I got home and took the meds then.

It's a bit like this one: http://ep.yimg.com/ay/epill/7-day-la...rganizer-2.gif
Thanks for this!
