What time of day do you take Abilify? I take it in the am (which I think is when the pdoc said to take it). My t thinks I should take it at bedtime. Just wondering what other folks do.

I take it at noon everyday because my sleep can be all over the map but I'm always awake at noon.

I have to take it in the morning, because for me, it is stimulating. If I take it later than about 3 pm, I can't sleep, so it's easiest to just take it with my morning pills.

I used to take it at night, but when I was in the hospital recently they switched it to morning just in case it was affecting my sleep.

I take it in the morning as I tend to forget otherwise. It doesn't really seem to have much of an effect on me one way or the other - not stimulating or sedating. I know it can go either way though for other people...

I always took Abilify in the morning when I used to take it. It was activating for me.

400mg IM injection every 3 weeks where I get a bit tired the first few days but not anymore. I also take 10mg in the morning.

I built tolerance to the bad side effects over 6 months.

I take it in the morning, every few days. It has a very long half-life with me.

When I was on Abilify I would take it the minute before I went to bed. It would knock me right out and I'd sleep like a baby
