I've been really good at taking my Seroquel lately. It usually knocks me out within 20 minutes and I sleep 8-10 hours. The last few days, I wake up every hour? I go back to sleep pretty easily, but it's always almost exactly 1 hour. I'm still sleeping 9 hours, but I don't feel rested. Any thoughts?

The first thing you need to rule out is Sleep Apnea.

Next would be insomnia.

Lastly, Seroquel (all anti-psychotics and sleep medications such as Ambien) can cause medication-induced Sleep Apnea.

I wish you the best (and a full nights sleep).
Thanks for this!
