It's Methylphenidate XR for Canada and comes in 10mg, 15mg, 20mg, 30mg, 40mg, 50mg, 60mg, and 80mg extended release capsules and lasts 10-12 hours like Concerta.

I've heard some people say they don't really like it because of the lack of control in dosing like IR gives you, but I've also heard it helps not only give fewer crashes but make them milder, too. I'd say it's definitely worth trying. I started a low dose of ritalin IR recently for depression, and I hate it because it helps for about an hour or 2 and then makes me feel like crap for even longer.
