Hi
I've been taking Seroquel for agitation and hypomania and BPD symptoms however I also take Ativan for anxiety . I don't want to take benzodiazepines any longer because they make my depression worse.
I had to start splitting my Seroquel 100mg at 11 and 100 b4 bed. The anxiety is still bad. Is there other anti anxiety meds beside benzo that will help me?

I'm on gabapentin for anxiety. THe dr in the hospital told me that it has a similar mechanism of action to Klonopin without being addictive.

Lamictal has done wonders for my mood and some of my anxiety. Been on it for at least 2 years.
