I'm on Concerta (Methylphenidate) 72mg a day. I'm tired as hell.

Will Adderall (75% dextroamphetamine and 25% levoamphetamine) be a better choice? I've tried Vyvanse (Lisdexamfetamine) and still so tired.

Sometimes I feel like I can't live like this and I'm not depressed in the slightest.

I've tried Dimethylphenidate and that seemed to work the best but only at 200mg. I've tried 4-Flouromethylphenidate and it helped and 3,4-dichloromethylphenidate helped as well but it's too toxic. I've tried Ethylphenidate and that doesn't work same with 3-Flourophenmetrazine. (These are research stimulant chemicals).

I also take Abilify 400mg injection every 3 weeks and 10mg a day.

Adderall did make me tired for the first few days, but not super tired, and it wasn't anything terrible. It might be the better option if the others were a flop. There are there are other options too, depending on what you're treating with the stimulants.

Of course, everyone's brain chemistry is different. Vyvanse made me actively suicidal. o.o So it may do something different for you, but my experience with Adderal has been overall positive.

I have fibromyalgia and ADHD, or maybe just attention problems because of the fibro, or maybe it's all because of the depression, or maybe the depression is because of my physical pain and concentration problems
Who knows? Point is, I've tried ritalin, concerta, vyvanse, and adderall. Concerta was almost impossible to stay awake on, and not surprisingly, therapeutic doses of ritalin are pretty much the same. Vyvanse made my anxiety unbearable.

Ive been on adderall for over a year now, and don't have too many problems with tiredness, unless my other symptoms are particularly bad as well (like having a "flare-up" with my Fibro)

So it might be worth trying another medication.
