So I went to see a psychiatrist as per recommendation of my therapist. He has prescribed me the following;
-Sertraline HCL 25mg to take 1 a day for a week. Then 2 every morning.
-Trazadone 50mg to take half or 1 before bed.
-Gabapentin 300mg to take 1 in the morning and 1 before bed.

I've been on gabapentin for a month already as prescribed by another doctor. But only to take before bed.

So as of now I feel very disconnected I guess you could say. Not like dispersonalization, but I guess doped would be a good word. Wondering if I can expect this to go away or if im stuck like this?

It's better than constantly obsessing about my life though.

The doped feeling should go away as your body adjusts to the meds. I haven't taken sertraline in a very long time so I don't remember how I felt. I take 1200 Mgs of gabapentin. 400 Mgs x 3/day. I don't feel drugged. I may have at the beginning but I started a whole cocktail when I started the gabapentin so it could have been anything.

Ah, good to know. I quite feeling doped a few hours ago. Leaving me with my anxiety creating intrusive thoughts. I imagine that I can expect a gap where I experience withdraw from the lexapro. Apparently I was on a high dose of it and my psychiatrist said that if I kept taking it I would have to get a ekg yearly.
