My psychiatrist just increased my Latuda dose. I am at 120 mg now. I have been feeling very hot in temperature. How do you overcome the hot flashes?

I take 60mg. Latuda, a medication that has worked well for me. I did not have hot flashes when I first started taking Latuda, but I sure have them now. Hot flashes and sweating a lot. I thought that in my case, the hot flashes are menopause symptoms, but maybe it's the Latuda. I wish I had some great solution to share, but all I can think of is don't overdress, and keep something handy to fan yourself with (I use a piece of cardboard). Oh -and unless it's an especially cold night, I sleep with a fan blowing on low at night.

I take 120 Mgs as well but I haven't noticed any hot flashes with it. I do notice the increased thirst though.

I've been on 60mg for a while. I do notice having hot flashes every once in a while. I dress in layers, but for the most part I just bear with it.

I take 80mg. Seems like after every increase I would get the hot flashes but after a few weeks they tapered off

A cool towel or perhaps a cool bath might be helpful. I don't take Latuda, but I'm postmenopausal. Drink something cold, too.

I suggest you ask your psychiatrist as well about it.

I hope you cool off soon!
