Started this while IP. Helped a lot for PTSD even my fibro as it helps calm the central nervous system.

Only problem I'm having is blurry vision which of course is typical side effect, hope it goes away.

I see my Pdoc tomorrow.

Any personal experience?

Hi Christina, I don't have any experience with Tenex. Since it's mainly used as a medication to lower blood pressure, the only personal comparison I can make is that I was on Propanalol. I found that medication helpful, though it was mild. It helped take the edge off my anxiety.

I saw my Pdoc today, he said it is off label and like propanalol lowers blood pressure. That didn't help me but Tenex does lol go figure right?

He said the blurry vision should resolve on its own. * fingers crossed*

I sure hope the Tenex continues to help you. I agree...at least, in my experience with meds, the blurry vision does go away.
