I'm so tired!!!! Yet insomnia has hit. A lot is going on that I can't tell what is med change and what is life. I woke up at 4 am and went back to sleep now it's 5 am and I'm tired but wide awake! I've never had this before. I don't even know what to try. Life is hard, I have to do a spinal tap because my optical nerves are inflamed and the MRI came back normal. I've been suicidal in the last 24 hours. Not even sure what is the new med and what is life! I'm concerned about another crappy day.

In that case, I've been taking it for a long time.
