So I scared the crap out of myself early this morning. Basically here's how it went. I woke around 5am this morning to use the bathroom. While I was taking a leak my heart rate sky rocketed. Accompanied with a deafening ringing in my ears. Suddenly my body became very heavy and I couldn't stand up straight. Almost like I drank 8 shots of tequila. So I tried to go back to my bedroom and I made it through the door. Then I lost all control and came crashing to the floor. Thankfully my girlfriend was with me. I basically clawed my way into bed and fell into a deep sleep. The only medication I took yesterday was 40mg of Prozac in the morning and 100mg of trazadone at 1am. I'm very nervous about going out today because I fear this may happen again in public or while I'm driving.

Wow. That's a tough one. Contact your doctor (or any doctor if you can't get to yours) ASAP.
If it is indeed a side effect of the meds, that is extremely bad and you should consult a professional.
If I had to put my money on it, I would say that it was the trazodone, as it is known to sedate, but you never know.

Keep us updated x

I also think it might have been the Trazadone. I've had very similar reactions to it. Once I took 100 mg. of Trazadone and I truly felt like I had overdosed. I felt like I was on the verge of passing out, felt completely weak and sick, and had lights flashing when I closed my eyes. The whole thing was really scary. I threw the Trazadone out and won't ever take that stuff again.

Yuck. Talk to your pdoc...it sounds like you've had a bad reaction to the Trazadone.

I agree,I've taken it too late and felt that way. Take it early or don't take it, that's what I do. Good
