Almost everyday i wake up with this explosion of hunger and thirst mixed together. While managing the thirst is easy, i keep water by my bed for that. the hunger on the other hand seems unmanageable most times. It requires getting out of bed, walking to the kitchen and preparing something to eat and the whole shebang, all of which requires waking up and thats something i try and want to avoid coz i know once i wake up i probably wont be able to go back to sleep, atleast not right away. So often i try to go back to sleep after simply drinking water to satiate both thirst and hunger. It works sometimes. But sometimes it's not enough. Anyone else going thorough similar experience? How do you manage it? Would eating more, increasing my caloric intake the previous night help me sleep through the night?

I don't recall that Seroquel affected me that way. But I do think that eating more before going to bed might help.

This happens to me sometimes. I tend not to be very hungry at night, but very hungry in the morning. I have to make myself eat more at night so I don't feel bad in the morning.
