I have bipolar disorder, schizo affective disorder, panic, sad, gad. I have recently had an increase in my perphenazine, and gabapentin. I am on 4mg a day 3x for perphen, and 600mg 3x a day for gabapentin. Anyone ever had experience with these to treat anxiety? If so have you ever had bad headaches?

Perphenazine 3x 4mg
trazadone 225 at bedtime
Effexor 1x 75mg
Trileptal 2x 600mg
gabapentin (Neurontin) 3x 600mg
Vitamin d 1x per week 50,000 units

I've had headache issues in the recent past. Then i started prozac for anxiety and from the very first day they started diminishing in intensity and frequency. So i assume my headaches must be from serotonin deficiency. Since you're suffering from anxiety as well, maybe yours are too. Natural supplements Magnesium and 5 htp are also effective in treating headaches according to the scientific literature. Hope this helps.
Thanks for this!
