What's the most strongest benzo?

I don't know which benzo is "strongest", but I don't think we could scientifically determine which one is "strongest" because everyone's body is different.
I suppose if you were really desperate to figure out which benzo works "best" for you, you could to undergo genetic testing to determine that. But genetic testing is usually at least $300 in the US, and that quote is *with* insurance. So you're better off just trying out different benzos, honestly. Also, do you want short-acting (e.g., Ativan) or long-acting (e.g., Klonopin)? |

I think halcion is the strongest that's used in psychiatry. its mostly for sleep. not all doctors are so gung ho about it; back in the day, it was linked to some psychosis and suicide.
Other than that, there's xanax (and xanax xr) and klonopin, then ativan. I think there are some stronger bzd drugs used in pre-operative anaethesia, but I don't know anything about those. |

It's not about strongest...that would have to do with dosage amount and frequency of dosage.

If by strongest you mean the one that causes the most anti anxiety effect at the lowest dosage, they are xanax and klonopil, but if you take 30mg of diazepam you will get more relaxed than with 0.25mg klonopil.

I think you mean Klonopin, not klonopil.

Ativan and Klonopin are the most commonly prescribed benzos because they tend to work well and have minimal side effects and addictive properties (but of course, not without them).
So yeah, 'strongest' is maybe not the right question to ask.
